1. Our Role as a Platform Provider
MrBreadPOS is a software platform that provides businesses (our "Tenants") with tools to manage their own sales, inventory, and customer interactions. We are not directly involved in the transaction between you and the Tenant business you are purchasing from.
2. Subscription Service Refunds (For Our Tenants)
If you are a business using the MrBreadPOS platform, your subscription is billed on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. For any billing inquiries, please contact our support team.
3. Returns and Refunds for Customer Purchases
All returns, refunds, and exchanges for products or services you purchase from a business using the MrBreadPOS platform are handled directly by that business.
Each business has its own policies regarding refunds, returns, and exchanges. We encourage you to contact the business directly to understand their specific policies. To request a refund, return, or exchange, please reach out to the business through the contact information provided on their site.
4. Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, you must contact the business you ordered from directly via call, message, or in person. If your order has not yet been prepared or dispatched, the business may be able to cancel it and provide a full or partial refund according to their policies.
5. Contacting the Business
MrBreadPOS is not responsible for processing refunds or returns on behalf of our Tenants. All such requests must be made directly to the business from which you made the purchase.
